Terms for the current unbilled pilot. They are not a negotiated enterprise agreement or DPA.

Pilot terms — not a substitute for counsel-drafted enterprise legal

These pages apply to the unbilled pilot only. They are not a master services agreement, data processing agreement (DPA), or other negotiated enterprise contract, and they are not a substitute for one.

What the product actually does is described below and is tied to running code: Zero Data Retention is opt-in per tenant (not universal); readable chat has an enterprise retention window (default 365 days) and the delete job is opt-in for the deployment; WorkOS single sign-on runs only when an organization configures it; directory sync (SCIM) is not enabled; no payment processor handles customer data because the pilot is unbilled.

What counsel still owns, and must supply before any billed or “enterprise battle-ready” launch: the legal entity name and address; governing law and venue; limitation of liability; indemnity; approved privacy and security contacts; a DPA and Standard Contractual Clauses / UK addendum if transfers require them; CCPA/GDPR controller or processor roles; a subprocessor change process; customer incident-notification commitments; insurance statements; paid Terms that replace this pilot ToS; and trademark rules. None of those are invented here.

We do not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or any other certification.

Pilot service

Krites is provided to pilot customers as an unbilled evaluation service. It is offered as-is, without warranty, and without a service level commitment.

These terms apply only to that unbilled pilot. They are not a master services agreement, data processing agreement, or other negotiated enterprise contract, and they are not a substitute for one.

This pilot is unbilled. No payment method is required, no charges are made, and no payment processing occurs. Usage and cost are measured and shown to you for visibility only. Paid Terms of Service do not exist yet; counsel must supply them before any billed launch.

What these terms do not set

These pages do not name a legal entity or notice address, and they do not set governing law, venue, a limitation of liability, or an indemnity. Counsel has not supplied those terms. Do not treat anything on this site as filling those gaps.

A DPA, Standard Contractual Clauses, a UK addendum, and a CCPA/GDPR role allocation are likewise unpublished. If you need those for a production or billed deployment, they must be negotiated with counsel — they are not implied by this pilot ToS.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of the underlying model providers.

Do not use it to generate content that is illegal, or to attempt to circumvent the access controls, budgets or policies your administrators configure.

Your administrators control who in your organization has access, and are responsible for those accounts.

Your data

You retain ownership of the content you submit. We process it to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not use your prompts or responses to train models, and we send request-level settings to providers that exclude endpoints which do.

Readable chat content is subject to your enterprise retention window (365 days by default); content-free usage, cost and audit metadata is retained longer for analytics, administration and security.

Availability and changes

The service runs as a single instance during the pilot and may be restarted for deployments. In-flight routing sessions are not preserved across a restart.

We may change or discontinue features during the pilot. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date.

Termination

Either party may end the pilot at any time. On termination you may request export or deletion of your organization's data using the contact below.
